EIGHT (8) CORE OBJECTIVES OF ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT OF DUFUTH, UBURU
1. To have digitized system for easy connection and response to administrative issues and matters that concerns the hospital
2. To have a culture of speedy response to administrative issues and concerns within the hospital and between the hospital and the outside World.
3  To have a sustainable system for accurate and proper record keeping for referencing, research and decision making in all Departments and units of the hospital
4. To have a sustainable effective and efficient HRH management through a functional HRIS/HRHA, proper staff documentation, training/capacity building, equitable manpower distribution/deployment, discipline, motivation and retention
5. To have a sustainable, effective and robust Secretariat for both the hospital and the board and its management
6. To have a responsive and digitalized stores, procurement and supplies system
7. To achieve a sustainable and outstanding general administrative duties to the hospital
8. To incorporate into its modus operandi the services of a watch dog to all employees as they perform their duties with the aim of ensuring compliance to the facility’s set service standard. This is to aid to the attainment of the hospital’s mission and vision
